What could have been a very stressful introduction to the world of Disney was never a worry as Candice provided us a clear step-by-step guide as to what we needed to do far in advance as well as subtle reminders as these deadlines approached. She proved incredibly helpful in booking the reservations that we wished to make and responded to any addition inquiries or changes we had in a lightning fashion.
